- Schedule Pickup: Fill out the scheduling form on our website, book an appointment on our mobile app, or TEXT or CALL US at 501-244-4760.
- Prepare Items: Place items in the purple SoMa Cleaners bag (or a clean trash bag if it’s your first time), make sure the bag tag reflects your starch and crease preferences, and place the bag at the designated pickup location by your pick up time.
- We’ll Do the Rest: Our driver will pick up your items, we’ll clean your clothes, and we’ll return them to you within 2 to 3 business days. You’ll get text message alerts at every stage of the process!
- Are bags provided?Yes, we’ll provide you with a reusable, purple SoMa Cleaners bag for your items. It’s yours to keep! For your first time order, feel free to use a clean garbage bag, with a note in it with your name, starch and crease preference, and any other special instructions.
- What methods of payment do you accept?We accept cash, credit card, Venmo and check.
- Do I have to be present when you pick up or drop off my clothes?
No, we provide pick-up and delivery whether you are there or not! Every customer’s situation is different, but as long as you have a safe spot to leave and receive your clothes, we can work with you!
You may want to install a hook or have a portable rack in the location you want us to pick up and return your clothing. This way we can keep your hanging articles hung up to prevent wrinkling.
- Home Pickup: Please let us know where exactly we can pick up and drop off your clothes (i.e. front porch, back deck, etc.)
- Apartment Pickup: Please email us so we can connect with your leasing office or apartment manager to figure out the best way to pick up and deliver your clothes.
- Business Pickup: We’re happy to pick up and deliver to your place of business. Please let us know the convenient location to meet you (e.g. front desk).
